Summary
We do not offer refunds on paid plans. You retain full access until the end of your paid period. All users get a 3-day free trial on signup before any payment is required.
No-Refund Policy
All payments for OpenRLens paid plans are non-refundable once access has been granted. Current plan prices (USD):
- 3 months — $9
- 6 months — $15
- 12 months — $24
We maintain this policy because:
- All users receive a 3-day free trial before any payment is required — giving you a full opportunity to evaluate the platform
- Access to all paid features is granted immediately upon payment
- Our costs (data infrastructure, API usage) are incurred at the time of use
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again, and you retain full access to paid features until that date.
To cancel: go to your account settings and select “Cancel subscription”, or email us at info@openrlens.com and we will cancel it for you within 24 hours.
Exceptions
We will consider a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge or technical billing fault)
- The platform was completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours during your paid period
To request an exception, email info@openrlens.com within 7 days of the charge with your order details. We will review each case individually.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe acts as the payment gateway for international customers. All payments are in USD. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Receipts are sent to your registered email address after each successful payment.
